At the beginning of 2018, we have taken over the management of the property at Wettswilerstrasse 17/19 in Landikon. We optimised letting activities with special events such as an "open day" and with flexible viewing appointments, including weekends.
We had the bathrooms and kitchens decorated and furnished in the empty flats. This made the rooms look much cosier, which left a positive impression on many prospective tenant.
Thanks to these measures, we were able to rent out various flats: The new tenants enjoy the modern rooms in contemporary Minergie standard.
