Our culture is progressive, future-oriented, innovative, courageous and persistent - and we do it as a TEAM! Since 2021, we have changed our organizational form from a fixed team of two "clerks/managers" to a team organization with centralized office staff.
The manager is still responsible for a clearly defined portfolio of properties and owners, but is supported by an entire team of administrators. In the first two years of the system changeover, we introduced many improvements, including a ticketing system and the automation and digitalization of various processes. Today, we can proudly say that we have the most future-proof and successful model in our industry.
Our office staff handle almost the entire tenant management process, including terminations, rental agreements, complaints and final accounts. At the landlord's request, acceptances, handovers and inspections can also be delegated to qualified office and field staff. This allows the property manager to concentrate on special cases, refurbishments and contact with the owner.
The availability of information is guaranteed at all times via our ticketing and ERP system, where all tasks are stored. Every week, our 10-strong office team processes around 1,500 telephone or written inquiries and an additional 500 or so tasks in the reletting process. The status of each process step can be viewed in real time in the IT system.
Our team leader always has an overview of all open tasks, which was not satisfactory with the old system. When employees are absent, we work with effective deputies.
Our organizational model offers numerous advantages: Qualified office staff are continuously supported and our managers are relieved to the maximum. Our customers receive fast and competent support, while the company management maintains an overview at all times.
