During his nearly 20 years with the company, Nicolas Ciz has gained experience in almost every department. He began his career in 2005 as an intern and is now a valued member of the executive board, heading up the Property Management division. Thanks to his many years of experience, Nicolas makes pragmatic, well-considered, and consistently solution-oriented decisions. He demonstrates exceptional negotiating skills, particularly when it comes to legal matters and negotiations. In his free time, Nicolas volunteers with the children at his local soccer club and follows other sports such as ice hockey and American football with great interest.

I truly enjoy working in property management and reliably support tenants and owners with all their concerns—and yes, sometimes I feel like a combination of a firefighter, a detective, and a mediator all rolled into one. Unexpected events? They happen. Challenges? Every day. But that’s exactly what makes my job so varied and exciting. In my free time, I like to swap my desk for the great outdoors by hiking or running, and I also work out to recharge my batteries.

In my free time, I recharge my energy at the gym, follow the NFL and soccer with enthusiasm, enjoy traveling, and spend time with my family.

Marco Heusser

Marco Heusser is a real estate trustee, appraiser, and business economist (FH). At the District Court of the City of Zurich, he represents the interests of property owners as a rent judge. Since 2005, he has shaped the family business—first as a property manager and head of accounting, before taking over as owner and chairman of the board of directors in 2016. With his numerous ideas and visionary concepts, he continuously drives improvements in workflows, quality, and efficiency—always in collaboration with his dedicated team. In his personal life, Marco is also passionate about new technologies, which he explores together with his three sons. His infectious enthusiasm and positivity are inspiring—both in the professional sphere and at home.

Evelyne Heusser
Member of the Executive Board, Head of Internal Operations
Evelyne Heusser has been with the company since 2015 and is a long-standing, valued member of the management team. In her day-to-day work, she handles a variety of responsibilities. As head of the office staff, she is gradually streamlining tenant services; as HR manager, she supports and challenges Prestigl employees in an empathetic and positive manner; and when things get tough, she often offers sound advice thanks to her expertise in physical therapy. In her free time, Evelyne enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, playing golf, skiing, or cross-country skiing.

Dalila Kalender holds a business diploma and has completed training as a real estate administrator; she has been working in the office at Prestige since 2024. She is an expert in tenant matters and continually expands her knowledge through external and internal training programs. Dalila has in-depth knowledge of the re-leasing process and applies relevant tenancy law regulations in her daily work. Dalila is known for her empathy and is skilled at understanding the needs and perspectives of others. Her goal is to deepen her expertise in real estate law so that she can independently and confidently address even more complex legal issues in the future. In her free time, Dalila enjoys traveling, which serves as the perfect balance to her professional life.

Marina Marti

Marina Marti brings many years of experience in the real estate industry, which she has gained since completing her commercial apprenticeship. She has been working as a property manager since 2024 and demonstrates great dedication in her role. Her goal is to continuously expand her skills and expertise. Michael Maspoli
Head of Accounting
Michael Maspoli completed his basic commercial training at ABB, where he gained experience in both purchasing and sales. He then spent over 16 years working at a regional bank in the areas of accounting, IT, and security. Michael has been with Prestige for more than 10 years and has earned a Federal Certificate in Management as well as completing advanced training to become a Payroll Manager. He is responsible for all property accounting. To unwind, Michael spends his free time curling, biking, and building RC models. Recently, he has been expressing his creative side through airbrushing and creating stunning artwork.

Priska Neff has been a valuable member of our accounting team since 2009. She is responsible for accounts payable, enters invoices, and ensures they are paid on time. She primarily handles these tasks from her beautiful home office. In her free time, Priska enjoys the outdoors and can often be found in the snow or by a mountain lake. Her passion for nature provides the perfect balance to her daily work life.

He has extensive knowledge of accounting, controlling, service charges, STWEG, and internal IT management. His expertise in ABACUS and his ability to think holistically make him a valuable member of our team. In his free time, Hidde enjoys attending sporting events and has a passion for fine wines.

Julian Trümpler

Julian Trümpler graduated from a commercial high school. He is an expert in all tenant-related matters and the drafting of lease agreements. He also has extensive knowledge of back-office operations and re-letting, particularly in the use of various IT tools such as Flatfox and AbaImmo. Julian stands out for his teamwork skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. His goal is to continue growing in the real estate industry and deepen his knowledge. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, jogging, and cooking.

Urs Werner

Urs Werner is an experienced customer service representative and a true people person. He is service-oriented and always strives to find an answer to every question. His positive and motivated attitude makes him a valuable team member. Urs loves the simple joys of life and enjoys hosting and spending time with friends. His passion lies in his extensive vinyl record collection, and he could spend hours in record stores philosophizing about music with like-minded people. A beautiful home is particularly important to him and gives him a sense of belonging. As an expert on Udo Jürgens, Urs owns one of the largest collections in Switzerland, consisting of books, records, CDs, and extensive knowledge.

Nicola is loyal, works with great precision, and is generally helpful. She prefers to carry out her work with concentration in a quiet environment, as this is when she is most productive. This approach allows her to focus fully on her tasks and achieve optimal results. She enjoys spending her free time in nature.

Naima Winkler

Naima Winkler always has a smile on her face that’s contagious to the whole team. She stands out for her willingness to help and her ability to work well with others. As a former hairdresser, Naima supports her teammates with her positive attitude, even on “bad hair days.” Naima began her career at Prestige in the field, and she now works exclusively in the office. On her days off, Naima spends time with her two lively girls, and while the kids are playing on the monkey bars, Naima practices pole dancing.

After completing her business training, Silan Yanardöner worked in the travel industry for several years before moving into the real estate sector. She joined our company on April 1, 2023, and has been working as a property manager since February 1, 2024. Her strengths lie in her structured approach to work, her organizational skills, and her attention to detail. She is valued within the company as a cheerful, positive, and dedicated team member. In her free time, Silan is an avid dog lover and brings her four-legged friend Simba to the office, which always brightens the mood. She also loves to travel as an inspiring break from her daily work routine.

Our account snoop tracks down every transaction—especially when treats are involved! Ciro is a sweet, lovable, and cheeky little dog. This two-year-old mixed breed from Sardinia was adopted from an animal welfare organization. Ciro is curious and very affectionate. All it takes to win his heart is a few treats. He brightens up our finance and IT office as everyone’s favorite.

Our Harmony Lion The true king of the real estate jungle, Simba—one of our office dogs—is the perfect blend of security guard and wild charmer. With his fluffy coat, he always puts everyone in a good mood and “guards” the office in his own unique way. He especially loves being petted and is unstoppable when treats are involved. After an eventful weekend, he tends to hang out in the home office. A true heart and soul of our office.
