She has trained as an accounting clerk and is characterized by her cheerful, outgoing personality. In her free time, Laura enjoys practicing yoga, reading an exciting book and spending time with her dog, who is also allowed to come to work with her. These hobbies provide her with the perfect balance to her day-to-day work.

Claudia Cataldo

Claudia Cataldo has many years of experience as a real estate administrator. She is an expert in re-letting and various other office-based tasks. Claudia is characterized by her customer-oriented, reliable and responsible way of working. She always has an open and patient ear for customers' concerns. Her aim is to meet customer requirements even more effectively and efficiently.

In her free time, Claudia likes to read or spend time in nature. Baking is also a great passion of hers.

Sven Ceh

Sven Ceh is a responsible and solution-oriented real estate manager with a federal certificate. He is open to new ideas and technologies. Sven's particular strengths are his communication skills, which enable him to express complex issues clearly and comprehensibly at all levels and in different contexts in order to achieve optimal results. His goal is to get 1% better every day, as small progress leads to success in the long run.

Sven is close to nature and sporty. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, is open-minded and constantly on the lookout for new experiences and perspectives.

Eric Cheung has over 20 years of experience in real estate management. He is characterized by his good analytical skills and business management knowledge. Eric is known for his calm, matter-of-fact manner and his ability to work under pressure.

Nicolas Ciz

Nicolas Ciz hat in seinen rund 20 Dienstjahren fast alle Bereiche unseres Unternehmens kennengelernt. Seine Karriere begann 2005 als Praktikant und heute ist er ein wertvolles Geschäftsleitungsmitglied und leitet den Bereich Bewirtschaftung. Dank seiner langjährigen Erfahrung trifft Nicolas pragmatische, gut durchdachte und stets lösungsorientierte Entscheidungen. Besonders bei rechtlichen Fragen und Verhandlungen zeigt er aussergewöhnliches Verhandlungsgeschick. In seiner Freizeit engagiert sich Nicolas für die Kinder im heimischen Fussballverein und verfolgt mit grossem Interesse andere Sportarten wie Eishockey und American Football.

Madeleine Funk

Of the many great people in the company, Madeleine Funk is an exceptional personality. As head of the archive, she always knows where to find things. And Madeleine is at least as good at knowing what is no longer needed and tidies up immediately. Her love of nature has already helped many a plant in the company to live longer and Madeleine's empathetic nature is appreciated by everyone in the team.

Madeleine is also always active in her free time. When she's not exploring the world with her grandchildren, she does it herself and travels to faraway countries.

Samantha Fusco

Samantha Fusco has completed a commercial apprenticeship and has extensive experience in dealing with customer concerns. She is an expert in creating social media posts and is characterized by her patience, solution orientation, courtesy and always friendly manner.

In her free time, Samantha likes to spend time with her family, enjoys good food and is passionate about traveling.

Chris Häberlin

Learner

Chris Häberlin is currently training to become an E-profile commercial clerk and has already completed training as a bricklayer. He is an expert in processing tenant feedback and organizing viewing appointments via Flatfox. He also has extensive knowledge of MS Office. Chris is characterized by his reliability and flexibility.

In his free time, he enjoys fitness, sport and traveling. His goal is to gain experience in the real estate industry and to continue his education.

Marco Heusser

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Marco Heusser is a real estate trustee, valuer and business economist FH. He represents the interests of homeowners at the District Court of the City of Zurich as a rent judge. He has been shaping the family business since 2005 - initially as a property manager and head of accounting, before taking over as owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2016. With his numerous ideas and visionary concepts, he continuously drives improvements in work processes, quality and efficiency - always together with his dedicated team.

Marco is also enthusiastic about new technologies in his private life, which he tries out together with his three sons. His infectious enthusiasm and positivity are inspiring - both at work and at home.

Evelyne Heusser

Evelyne Heusser has been with the company since 2015 and has been a valuable member of the management team for many years. She is responsible for various tasks in her day-to-day work. As Head of Internal Services, she professionalizes the tenant service step by step, as HR Manager she encourages and challenges the Prestiglers in an empathetic and positive way, and when things get tough, she often has good advice ready with her physiotherapy expertise.

In her free time, Evelyne enjoys being out in nature, hiking, playing golf, skiing or cross-country skiing.

Dalia Calendar

Indoor service

Dalila Kalender has a commercial diploma and completed training as a real estate clerk and has been working for Prestige in the office since 2024. She is an expert in tenant matters and is continuously deepening her knowledge through external and internal training. Dalila has in-depth knowledge of the re-letting process and implements the relevant tenancy law regulations in her day-to-day work. Dalila is characterized by her empathy and is able to empathize with the needs and perspectives of other people. Her goal is to deepen her knowledge of real estate law in order to be able to answer more complex legal questions independently and confidently in the future.

In her free time, Dalila enjoys traveling, which is the perfect balance to her day-to-day work.

Marina Marti

Real estate management

Marina Marti has many years of experience in the real estate sector, which she has gained since completing her commercial apprenticeship. She has been working as a real estate manager since 2024 and shows great commitment. Her goal is to continuously expand her skills and expertise. Marina is characterized by her structured way of working, her positive attitude and her high level of motivation.

In her free time, she is passionate about her hobbies: horses, sport and reading.

Michael Maspoli

Head of Accounting

Michael Maspoli hat seine kaufmännische Grundausbildung bei ABB absolviert und dort Erfahrungen im Einkauf sowie im Verkauf gesammelt. Danach war er über 16 Jahre bei einer regionalen Bank im Bereich Buchhaltung, IT und Sicherheit tätig. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren ist Michael bei Prestige und hat sich zum Führungsfachmann mit eidg. FA weitergebildet sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Payroll Manager abgeschlossen. Er ist verantwortlich für die gesamte Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung. Als Ausgleich widmet sich Michael in seiner Freizeit dem Curling, Biken und RC-Modellbau. Seit kurzem lebt er seine kreative Ader gerne beim Airbrushen aus und begeistert mit tollen Bildern.

Priska Neff

Priska Neff has been a valuable member of our accounting team since 2009. She is responsible for accounts payable, enters invoices and ensures that they are paid on time. She mainly carries out these tasks from her beautiful home office.

In her free time, Priska enjoys the outdoors and can often be found in the snow or at a mountain lake. Her passion for nature offers her the perfect balance to her everyday working life.

Priska Neff

Nicole Ortiz has been with the company for over 30 years as a real estate administrator. She is characterized by her team spirit, reliability and loyalty. With her extensive knowledge, Nicole is also happy to be involved in the introduction and further training of employees and in the further development of process management.

Sport in general helps her to keep a clear head and recharge her batteries.

Laura Quintieri

Laura Quintieri has been working in the real estate industry since 2022 and has completed a commercial apprenticeship in public administration (municipality). She has extensive knowledge of all rental processes and also works professionally and with a great deal of know-how in the field service for apartment inspections and handovers. Laura's always good mood and her friendly, open nature are infectious. Laura is characterized by her organizational talent. Her goal is to maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing squash and ice swimming.

Sandra Roncoroni

Head of strategic and operational management

Sandra Roncoroni has worked in the management of various SMEs for 25 years and has extensive expertise in the areas of finance, HR, IT, leadership and process management. She has a degree in business administration and an MBA in digital management and corporate management.

Sandra has been responsible for corporate and organizational development at Prestige since 2019. In her role, she coaches managers and supports them in achieving the company's ambitious goals. The ongoing development and digitalization of the process environment and a modern corporate culture are particularly important to her.

To balance out her everyday working life, Sandra keeps herself physically fit with fitness, exercise and golf. She enjoys expressing her creative side through cooking and photography.

Hidde Stadler

Leitung IT Hidde Stalder ist seit 2003 in der Immobilienbranche tätig und seit 2012 ein zertifizierter ABACUS-Berater für AbaImmo. Er verfügt über umfassende Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung, Controlling, Nebenkosten, STWEG sowie dem Management von interner IT. Seine Expertise in ABACUS und die Kompetenz des vernetzten Denkens machen ihn zu einem wertvollen Mitglied unseres Teams. In seiner Freizeit besucht Hidde gerne Sportevents und hat eine Leidenschaft für besondere Weine.

Julian Trümpler

Julian Trümpler graduated from commercial college. He is an expert in all tenant matters and the drafting of rental agreements. He also has extensive general knowledge of office work and re-letting, particularly in the use of various IT tools such as Flatfox and AbaImmo. Julian is characterized by his ability to work in a team, his analytical thinking and his strong communication skills. His goal is to continue to grow in the real estate industry and deepen his knowledge.

In his free time, he enjoys sailing, jogging and cooking.

Urs Werner

Urs Werner is an experienced customer service consultant and a real people person. He is service-oriented and always strives to find an answer to every question. His positive and motivated attitude makes him a valuable team member.

Urs loves the lightness of being and enjoys hosting and happy gatherings with friends. His passion is his extensive vinyl record collection and he could spend hours in record stores philosophizing about music with like-minded people. Beautiful living is particularly important to him and makes him feel at home. As an expert on Udo Jürgens, Urs owns one of the largest collections in Switzerland, consisting of books, records, CDs and extensive knowledge.

Nicola Williams

Nicola Williams found her way into the real estate industry in 2012 and joined Prestige in 2017 as a Financial Accountant Real Estate. Nicola is loyal, works very accurately and is generally helpful. She prefers to carry out her work in a concentrated manner and in a quiet environment, as this is when she is most productive. This way of working allows her to fully focus on her tasks and achieve optimal results.

She enjoys spending her free time in nature.

Naima Winkler

Indoor service

Naima Winkler always has a smile on her face, which is infectious for the whole team. She is characterized by her helpfulness and team spirit. As a former hairdresser, Naima supports her team colleagues with her positive attitude even on "bad hair days". Naima began her career at Prestige in field service and is now fully employed in office service.

On non-working days, Naima is out and about with her two spirited girls and while the kids do gymnastics on the climbing pole, Naima practises pole dancing.

Silan Yanardöner

Real estate management

After completing her commercial training, Silan Yanardöner worked in the travel industry for several years before switching to the real estate sector. She is currently training to become a real estate manager and is working towards a federal certificate. Her strengths lie in her structured way of working, her organizational talent and her eye for detail. She is valued in the company as a cheerful, positive and committed team member.

In her free time, Silan is an enthusiastic dog lover and brings her four-legged friend Simba to the office, which puts her in a good mood. She also loves traveling as an inspiring balance to her everyday working life.

Ciro

Tracks down every booking, especially when it comes to treats!

Ciro is a sweet, lovable and cheeky little dog. The two-year-old crossbreed from Sardinia was adopted from an animal welfare organization. Ciro is curious and very affectionate. All it takes to win his heart is a few "Gudelis". He enriches our finance and IT office as everybody's favorite.

Simba, one of our office dogs, is the perfect mix of security and crazy charmer. With his fluffy fur, he always puts everyone in a good mood and "guards" the office in his very own way. He especially loves being stroked and cannot be stopped when treats come into play. After an eventful weekend, he tends to linger in the home office. A real centerpiece of our office.
